The mattress is very comfortable and encourages relaxation. The height of the mattress is frustrating. It's 12". Not a problem if you have a low bed frame. However I have a traditional 4 poster bed that sits high. When purchased 35 years ago there was no difficulty as mattresses were 8"; a replacement mattress of 10" was doable. 12" is presenting a problem with getting in or out, and the side is responding accordingly. Why can't they make a 10" mattress???!!!

My spouse and I really do like this mattress. It's definitely very comfortable for those who like a pretty soft mattress. Paired with the price and the fact that it is eco-friendly, it is definitely at the top of our list for the mattresses we have owned. The quilted plush top feels amazing and is still supportive even for its soft feel. The only drawback for myself is that I feel like I would want it to be a bit more firm, but it doesn't take away from how amazing this mattress feels.

I'm pretty sure this is the best mattress I've slept on. It's so soft, plush and well cushioned. I literally feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud. I love my Serta iComfortEco Q30LTX mattress and highly recommend this if you're in the market for a new one. For reference, I got the queen size in plush firmness. I like the quilted top of the mattress for its added height and luxe appeal. The mattress is a hybrid of coil and memory foam. The mattress also is designed to include cooling technology in the quilted top cover. I'm a hot sleeper so I appreciate this design feature and that the cover is made of breathable material. The memory foam conforms to your body as you sleep and provides me much need back support.

My sleep is very important to me. This mattress is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It is soft but still firm enough to support your back. The mattress is made very well. The mattress does not make you hot while sleeping. I have neck pain and since sleeping on this mattress my neck pain is much better. Love this mattress!

I am in love with my new mattress! Seems to be just right as a medium stiffness. I love the pillow top as it adds just enough padding to make you comfortable. Doesn't seem to get too hot in the middle of the night as well! Overall if you want a good nights sleep I highly recommend you give this mattress a shot!

I've had this Queen Serta iComfortECO Q30LTX plush mattress for over a month, and I can honestly say it has improved my sleep quality. It is very comfortable and feels very plush yet supportive as advertised. It has a nice height and sits wonderfully on the box spring and inside my bedframe. I feel incredibly supported by this mattress while also feeling comfortable and cozy. It keeps me the perfect temperature and I wake up feeling refreshed and recharged. It is a very thick and plush mattress, and you can feel the high-quality products it is made with when you lay on it and push your hand down into it. You will need deep pocket sheets for this mattress. I used to wake up with back and shoulder pain, and since sleeping on this I have little to no pain in the mornings.

Overall I feel this is a nicely made mattress that should last a very long time. When it was first delivered I realized this was a larger depth mattress meaning it will make your bed higher if you have a standard mattress. It did take a little getting used to and I had initial concerns with the thickness due to our adjustable frame. Luckily the mattress was flexible enough and we quickly got acclimated to it.
The quality is pretty high on this. You can tell it's well made and should last a long time.
I think I did expect it to me a bit softer than it is. It's a pretty firm mattress with a little bit of softness to it. I think this opinion will differ from person to person but it's adequate enough for my spouse and I.
I've been using this for a few weeks now and I can safely say I get a good night's sleep and my spouse and I do not feel each other moving too much throughout the night. The edges are OK, I feel a little more give than my previous one but it doesn't cause me to roll off the bed if sitting or laying near the edge but I do feel a slight drop.
I'd recommend this mattress to anyone that was in the market for a new queen size mattress.

My husband and I had our previous mattress for almost 13 years, and I was sure any other mattress wouldn't be as comfortable. We got this new mattress and clearly I was wrong!! We both adjusted to this new mattress right away and it's extremely comfortable. It is cushioned but with the perfect amount of firmness. I love that when one of us gets out of bed there isn't any energy transfer and the other one sleeps eight through it! We have a platform bed so the 16" height of the mattress really works well for us. It's amazing!!

Got this a little while ago, and I must say that it is not to firm not to soft just about in the middle. I sleep well on it and it's comfy as all get out.
The materials used look great and are soft to the touch.
It's a well made mattress and I like it alot.
The only thing I can say that I don't like is the areas where it has the round spots on top every so many inches apart. where it's been put together or whatever there for. They probably don't bother most people but I'm a side sleeper and I can tell you if it's a penny heads up or down, even a small renkle in the sheet bothers my side. Other than that small issue it's well worth the buy.
The build is great and so is materials used to make it.

My first hybrid mattress and I am so impressed! iComfortECO Q30LTX Plush features a hybrid construction with a traditional quilted-top feel in addition to cooling and pressure relief. I can say that this mattress has the ideal amount of support and plushness, It seems to be nicely made. The mattress is significantly cooler than my old, traditional mattress while nevertheless being cozy and supportive. I sleep comfortably all night long, without waking up. So plush and comfortable! The mattress is deep and plush yet provides so much support. I was waking up several times a night kicking off the covers because I was too warm or just trying to get comfortable. Now I am finally sleeping through the night again and waking up feeling refreshed and so is my spouse. You definitely will need deep pocket fitted sheets and mattress pad. We had white glove delivery and they were fantastic. In and out in minutes. They brought the mattress upstairs and removed the old mattress and all packaging!

We received the iComforteco mattress by Serta to replace a traditional queen size mattress. My master bedroom is upstairs, which required us to move the mattress up a narrow staircase. This mattress is extremely heavy and very tall. There isn't a ton of give when fitting it up the stairwell. I would keep that in mind when deciding if it's right for your home. We are using the mattress with a newly purchased low profile split box spring. We realized our standard size box spring would be way too tall to use. We have been sleeping on this mattress for about a month and are very happy with it. It is plush and yet supportive. It seems to be well made and I hope it lasts for a long time. My only concern is when sitting on the edge of the bed, it does sink down very easily. I would try to refrain from doing that to avoid issues in the future. Overall I would definitely recommend this mattress to others.

Over the past couple weeks my husband and I have been sleeping on our new mattress. I can say the iComfort ECO was exactly what we been looking for. This hybrid queen size mattress is perfect for both him and I and our different sleeping positions. He sleeps on his side and I sleep on my stomach. The inner springs are solid enough to support us while the memory foam contours to our body's. We were both very happy to find that this mattress really seemed to keep us cooler and allow us to have a much more restful sleep. I would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a good nights sleep!!!

First of all, yes, you need this mattress. I do not think I have ever had a better night sleep on a mattress in my life… This mattress has the right amount of firm, yet such a lush pillow top that the level of comfort is unmatched. I have had a lot of great and somewhat expensive mattresses over the years, but I will say that this one far surpasses others. It is so thick and supportive. I do recommend getting the deep pocket sheets with this set up as I think that that really would be the only sheet that you could use. I can't say whether a normal sheet would work because I've purchased deep pocket sheets, purposely knowing how thick the mattress was going to be and the deep pockets have no issue staying on if I could get this mattress 50 stars I would

Have had this mattress for 2 weeks now and it is very comfortable, and firm. However the 'cooling features' it advertises are off the mark. I have woken up sweating a few times. It has a cool touch at first but once you are on it for a few seconds it quickly fades away.
