RETURN POLICY:
We are committed to your satisfaction. Returning a product can be stressful on customers so we're here to help you get it right the first time. Defective Products. Most of our products include a one year, parts and labor warranty. See your product literature or speak with one of our product experts for details. If your product is defective upon arrival, notify us immediately and we can direct you to the proper course of action. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product literature. NOTE: Most manufacturers require service from authorized servicers such as us to diagnose the problem before proceeding with discussing solutions.
Damaged Products. Product(s) damaged during shipping are eligible for exchange at no charge to you. Product(s) will be delivered by one of our delivery teams for all local deliveries. Feel free to call us for a local delivery area. Upon delivery, inspect your product for damage. If the product is damaged, you have the right to request exchange at the time of delivery, request a credit or we can replace the damaged part per the manufacturers warranty. The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact the store to discuss any cancellation or return. Any returns/exchanges of new/used merchandise must have the approval of the manufacturer & must be in its original packaging 35% restock fee on all returns. Built-ins, Air Conditioners, Special Orders & product over 45 days old are not returnable. Any fees or charges incurred from shipping, delivery, disposal, and/or installation are not refundable. Customers are responsible for charges incurred when returning a product. We reserve the right to refuse any return.
Refunds and returns will be handled according to our store's policies. The store website is maintained by a third party as such our store's policies as printed on your receipt supersede all others. Please contact us for a copy of our store's policies and/or your receipt.
We reserve the right to cancel any order(s) at any time.
