• Refrigerator stopped working on a Saturday morning. I called Chris and ordered a new one all over the phone. I wanted the same one we had as its 17 years old and did us well and a certain size for a condo. Chris and his expertise had the order in and scheduled for arrival Tuesday. Franks has all our business from now on.

Not only did they meet the big box stores in price they also were very accommodating on delivery considering that we had to work around plumbers schedules on a new installation. • We have forever purchased our appliances from Frank's. The owners and employees are professional, supportive and knowledgeable. We recently needed repair work on our refrigerator (which is still relatively new but outside the warranty). The repair tech made several visits to our home. He was timely and professional at each visit and problem-solved the issues. Stephan was responsive to the situation and went to bat for us with the distributor. • The delivery team was wonderful. They notified me of their time of arrival and arrived within 5 minutes of promised time. My range was unpacked in the truck and brought to my house. They checked all burners and the oven worked as well as ran a bake cycle to burn off the residue on my new oven. I couldn't have asked for a more efficient delivery.
